The Site is operated by Edmond Francis ("I," "me," or "my"). This Policy explains what information is collected, how it’s used, how it’s protected and what choices you have. The Site collects as little data as possible. When it does collect something, I’ll tell you why.

• →Scheduling data (if you book through Cal.com)

I use collected data to:

• →Respond to inquiries and schedule consultations.
• →Provide requested services and communicate about projects.
• →Improve the Site experience and content.
• →Analyze Site traffic and user behavior.
• →Comply with legal obligations.

I don’t sell your data. I don’t rent it. I don’t trade it for attention.

I use these services, each with their own privacy policies:

• →Cal.com: Scheduling and appointment management (cal.com/privacy).
• →Google Analytics: used to understand general traffic patterns and improve the site (policies.google.com/privacy).
• →Netlify Forms: handles form submissions securely through Netlify infrastructure (netlify.com/privacy).

These services may collect additional data per their policies. I do not control their practices.

I keep messages and booking info only as long as reasonably needed to respond, maintain business records, or continue a working relationship.

• →Contact form submissions: Retained until project completion plus 1 year for records
• →Analytics data: Retained per Google Analytics default settings (14-26 months)
• →Scheduling data: Retained per Cal.com settings

This site may use minimal cookies for analytics and basic functionality. I don’t run third-party ad tracking on this site.
